About Us

The mission of BlueRock Behavioral Health is clear; to provide competent and quality mental health services for everyone regardless of socioeconomic status. We aim to engage the youth we serve in challenging and rewarding experiential treatment in order to increase their capacity to manage life at home, school and in their community. By focusing on wholesale change at the individual level, we believe the family system and ultimately the community as a whole becomes healthier and more functional.

BlueRock Behavioral Health is a locally-owned & operated residential program for adolescents of all genders ages 12-17. Located on a scenic 140-acre mountain campus in Bat Cave, NC, BlueRock offers highly individualized treatment plans to address each client’s specific needs. In addition to traditional clinical therapies, BlueRock Behavioral Health provides experiential and nature-based programming, academic support, and outdoor recreation. Family involvement and life skills coaching also prepare our clients for a successful transition back into their communities.
